70s mint floral maxi (M/L)

1970s stretchy maxi length dress with ruched body and cuffs. Mint color with red and orange flowers. Long sleeves, lapel collar, flowy skirt,  ties at the waist. A dream to wear on a cooler Spring day. Light staining/fading (see photo). Price adjusted.
