Our ode to experimentation, Claude delivers on the less traditional side of floristry. Claude is loosely moribana-inspired (the “piling up” method of ikebana), but with a freestyle instinct. The use of a Japanese-style pin holder, or kenzan, holds the more structural elements in place. The vase is 3.75″ wide with three felted feet and a taupe glazed finish.
Opting for Claude means opting for creativity; each iteration will differ from the last––as would befit any homage to Surrealist photographer Claude Cahun.
