We are located at 291 Bryant Street in the Elmwood Village, Buffalo, NY. We offer pickup and local delivery (within 12 miles).

Shop hours are typically Thursday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. Hours may vary due to our Event schedule. For our most up-to-date information including Shop hours visit our Google listing.

We offer daily deliveries with a 2-day lead. We may be able to fill requests for next-day delivery by calling the Shop at (716) 220-7257. We do not offer same-day delivery.

We offer local delivery within a 12-mile radius of our Shop location.

Unfortunately not.

Our online catalog requires a 2-day lead time for pre-orders. Please place your order by the end of Wednesday for Friday morning pickup, for example.

Absolutely not!

We do not use OASIS® floral foam products as they are plastics that degrade into microplastics, which in turn pollutes the environment and our bodies.

Instead, we opt for compostable or reusable methods like chicken wire, Oshun Pouch®, Agra-Wool, or just water.

We are the only florist in Buffalo that abstains from use of floral foam.

Flowers are non-refundable, but we will replace any damaged stems.

Exchanges and credits can be made if the original order is returned upon redelivery.

Other non-refundable items include gift cards, food or candy products, clothing, accessories, and branded items, seasonal items, and sale or discounted items.

We do not offer faux flowers in our store. We specialize in fresh, handcrafted floral arrangements.
